How we help

Six things clients keep asking us for

Every one of these can be bought on its own. Most people start with the first and end up with three.

Booking & negotiation

The name you want, at a fee that reflects the market, on terms that survive a change of date. We tell you what is realistic in the first call.

  • Straight answers on fees
  • Holds, options, first refusals
  • Rebooking and force majeure

Roster representation

Artists we represent get one team for routing, press, brand work and the admin — not four people who each think someone else is handling it.

  • Career and routing planning
  • Brand and sync opportunities
  • Full back-office

Technical delivery

Somebody has to own the truck call, the power plan and the changeover. Here it is one named production manager, on site, all day.

  • Rider and spec reconciliation
  • Supplier tendering
  • Advance and day-of management

Content & capture

Multi-camera capture, stills and social cutdowns agreed in the artist contract, so the footage is cleared before anyone points a lens.

  • Cleared capture rights
  • Same-night social edits
  • Archive and delivery

Tour logistics

Buses, freight, flights, hotels and the paperwork that lets people cross a border with instruments. Booked as one plan, not six.

  • Ground and air
  • Carnets and permits
  • Accommodation and per diems

Private commissions

Discreet bookings for private clients: named artists, small rooms, tight security, and a contract that never mentions who you are.

  • NDA as standard
  • Vetted crew only
  • Silent invoicing

The roster

Talent for every room

Exclusive representation plus a vetted network we book from every week. Filter by category, or tell us the room and we will shortlist it for you.

Working with us

What actually happens after you email

No portals, no ticket numbers. A person reads it and replies.

  1. 01

    Same-day reply

Every enquiry gets a human answer inside the working day, even if the answer is that we are not right for it.

  2. 02

    Availability check

We go to the artists directly and come back with who is free, at what fee, and what the room would need to make it work.

  3. 03

    Agreement

One deal memo covering fee, terms, cancellation, rider and payment dates. Read it once and it is done.

  4. 04

    On the night

We are in the building. Changeovers, curfews, guest lists and the awkward conversations are ours, not yours.

Our side of it

Thirty years of show nights between us

The people behind Honeybeecasino have promoted, toured and produced. Between them, more than 1,812 shows and enough cancelled headliners to have a plan for it rather than a panic.

We work from Stockholm and travel to the shows. An agency that never leaves the office learns nothing about the rooms it is selling.

  • We attend the shows we book
  • Contracts in plain language, not boilerplate
  • Settlement within the same week, always

Questions

The things clients ask first

Still unsure? Email [email protected] — we answer every enquiry, including the ones we cannot take.

Can you get me a specific name?

Often, yes — and where we cannot, we will say so on the first call instead of stringing it out. An honest no in week one is worth more than a maybe in week six.

How far ahead should we book?

Headliners for summer dates go six to nine months out. Corporate and private bookings work comfortably at eight to twelve weeks. Anything shorter is possible but costs more.

What is included in the fee?

The artist fee, our handling, and whatever the deal memo lists. Travel, hospitality, production and local crew are itemised separately so you can see exactly what you are buying.

Do you handle the technical side?

If you want us to. We reconcile the rider against the venue, tender the suppliers and put a production manager on site. Booking-only is also fine.

Is there a deposit?

Usually fifty per cent on signature and the balance before the performance, though it varies by artist. It is always written into the deal memo before you commit.

Can everything stay confidential?

Yes. We sign NDAs as a matter of routine for private clients and can invoice through a named entity without the event appearing anywhere.

Enquiries

Start with the basics

City, date, capacity and a budget range are enough to get real names and real fees back.

A person reads every message. If we are not the right agency for your night, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
